Calabrian Chili Tuna Crostini
Create a crostini bar with different toppings for endless possibilities that complement the delicious Calabrian Chili flavors. These are a fantastic appetizer or snack.

Ingredients
- 5 oz. can Genova Calabrian Chili Yellowfin Tuna
- 1/2 Baguette, sliced 1/2 inch thick
Base Spread & Topping Ideas
- Avocado base
- Hummus base
- Ricotta base
- Herbed cream cheese
- Sliced boiled eggs
- Radish slices
- Tomato slices
- Sliced cucumber
- Chopped fresh herbs or chives
- Slices of lemon or lime
Directions
- Drain tuna oil from can and set oil and tuna aside. Toast baguette slices and set aside to cool.
- Prep and assemble your toppings.
- Spread base on baguette slices (avocado, hummus, ricotta, or cream cheese).
- Top each crostini with your choice of toppings, then top with about 1-2 Tablespoons of tuna flakes.
- Right before serving, drizzle the tuna oil over the crostini.
